You were there before the beginning of creation.

You were there when Eve fell for the devil’s deception.

It didn’t take us long to fall to our sinful nature.

The third person on Earth was the world’s first murderer.

In a world full of sin, You still knew Noah’s heart.

You wiped out evil with a flood while protecting those on the ark.

Fast forward to Egypt with a ruler full of pride.

You punished him with plagues; Your power couldn’t be denied.

You freed Your people and led them to safety.

But fear stepped in and they forgot about Your glory.

You gave us Your Son, the Word in the flesh.

He freed people of their sins and they put Him to death.

He came to us with mercy and showed us how to live.

He loved those the world rejected and showed us how to give.

He paved the path and gave simple instructions.

But people don’t listen, that’s not how the world functions.

But His kingdom is not of this world, and when you choose Him, neither are you.

When you submit to God, you die to the world, and He creates something new.

That new creation will be hated, persecuted, and tried.

But silver isn’t silver until it’s been refined.

Follow the world and you’ll seal your fate.

So follow Jesus before it’s too late.

He is the beginning and the end.

He is the Creator, the Judge, and the Friend.

He shows us mercy when we choose to let Him in.

But when we choose to shut Him out, the devil wins.

The devil wears a mask, a temporary facade.

But the Word shows us plainly, You’re still the same God.

Yahweh, our God.

Yeshua, our Savior.

Past, present, and future,

God’s will stands forever.
